At Walhalla Health, we are committed to providing a fast, reliable, and transparent delivery experience for all our customers. All orders are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands

Order Processing and Dispatch
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• All products are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands.
• Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the package has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
• Standard delivery within the Netherlands: estimated 1–3 working days.
Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to logistics delays outside our control.
Subscription Orders
• For single product purchases and 3‑month subscription plans, all products will be shipped in one delivery.
• For 6‑month subscription plans, products will be shipped quarterly (every 3 months) to maintain 'freshness' and ensure consistent supply.
Ownership and Risk
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Walhalla Health is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.
